As a Senior CI (continuous improvement) adviser and consultant at ERA, I am passionate about helping businesses to free up available cash to explore more improvement and growth opportunities.
I am an expert in unlocking potentials across the organisation, through the supply chain and/or supporting processes. Together we identify breakthrough opportunities and we can implement and follow up these improvements, using kaizen events. I involve Leaders in learning to see, setting new and more ambitious goals, leading the change, following up and coaching all leaders. I support different type organisations in achieving lean turnaround and adopting kaizen continuous improvement culture. Work smarter – not harder!
By using efficient value stream analysis, I motivate people and leaders to challenge more problems and opportunities. I support my clients to adopt a CI (continuous improvement) culture, in which also will help them to use less materials, energy, and time – in all processes. This, in our strive towards a more sustainable future! I am also a Kaizen Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
My acting career started early with buying spare parts and maintenance for fighter aircraft, and later responsible for evaluating 5 candidates for the next fighter aircraft, in the area of supply-support and operations. I was further the financial controller with responsibility for Air Force support agreements with USA and UK. In implementation of a new ERP-system, I was securing positive effects and improved efficiency.
My role as supply chain manager and procurement manager in 2 different manufacturing businesses, gave a great insight in the challenges and opportunities within manufacturing and supply chain. I have been a project leader in different improvements projects. I have been an adviser and consultant in the last 20 years towards both industry and public sector. I find ERA Group to be a perfect consulting partner as we can both deliver and combine improvements in cost management with improvements in streamlining all operations processes!
